DAY 1

Sacred Valley Tour

  • 7:30 AM – Hotel Pickup: Our day begins as we pick you up directly from your hotel in Cusco. We travel in comfortable, private transport, ready for a day of discovery.
  • Chinchero Visit: Our first stop is the high-altitude town of Chinchero Peru. Here, we will explore its beautiful colonial church built on Inca foundations. We will also visit a textile center to witness a live demonstration of traditional weaving techniques.
  • Moray Archaeological Site: Next, we journey to the incredible Moray Inca ruins. We will walk around the massive circular terraces, believed to have been an agricultural laboratory. Your guide will explain the genius behind this stunning feat of Inca engineering.
  • Maras Salt Mines: We then proceed to the spectacular Maras salt mines. A cascade of thousands of salt pans covers the mountainside, a sight that has been harvested since pre-Inca times. This is a perfect spot for photographers and culture enthusiasts alike.
