DAY1

Sacred Valley Tour + Salt Mines

◊ We will start our tour by picking you up from your hotel in Cusco at 7:30 am. Our first stop will be the Alpaca Farm, which is a 20-minute drive away. After that, we will head to Mirador Taray for our second stop, where you can admire the beautiful view of the Sacred Valley. In the second part of the day, we will explore the mystery of the Maras salt mines. Our last destination will be the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo. We will then return to Cusco and drop you off at your hotel around 6:00 pm. During the tour, we will also visit the Pisac Archeological Site and the traditional Pisac market. After that, we will drive to Urubamba and have lunch in a local restaurant.

DAY 1

Sacred Valley Tour

We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at 7:20 a.m. and travel on a private bus to explore various destinations throughout the day. Our first stop will be at Qorao market, which is around 30 minutes away from Cusco on the way to Pisac. This market showcases local crafts, allowing you to purchase beautifully handmade souvenirs. You can also photograph the stunning landscape, including mountains, valleys, and llamas.

Next, we will proceed towards “El Mirador Del Valle Sagrado” to capture breathtaking views of the Andes mountain range and the Sacred Valley together. After that, we will head to Pisac to explore its primary market and archaeological site. Then, we will head to Urubamba to enjoy traditional Peruvian dishes in a buffet lunch.

In the afternoon, we will visit Ollantaytambo, where we will witness the incredible archaeological site and its features, such as high terraces, royal baths, temples, and much more. The town’s preservation has sustained the legacy of the Incan people, and the narrow, cobbled streets and stone walls contribute to the typical Incan-built city’s well-preserved layout.

On the way back to Cusco, we will stop at Chinchero, where we will visit a beautiful colonial temple renowned for its mural painting above the entranceway, built on Inca foundations. We will also witness the Incan walls in the town’s plaza.

We will return to Cusco by approximately 6:30 p.m.
